We are here to ensure you have an enjoyable and safe shopping experience every time you visit Richmond Mall. We oversee all aspects of the Mall environment from cleaning, car parks and security to Health & Safety. We continually strive to improve the Richmond Mall facilities and ambience for our customers enjoyment.

Should you have any concerns while visiting the Mall and would like to discuss them with Mall Management our office is located at the end of the Food Court Toilet corridor on the left. Go through the door and you will find our office at the top of the stairs.

Casual Leasing opportunities are available and can be discussed with the Centre Manager.
